There is a perception that for the young single women, online-dating is a faux pas. I’ve discovered differently, but before I tell you why online dating works, let me first explain what is considered socially acceptable in today’s dating scene.
When you’re single and recently graduated from college, your best bet for meeting a man is through work or through friends (or friends of friends) or through the bar scene. The first two are great options, but unfortunately, these options can be too easily tapped out.
If you work in an office that is lacking in single men or you don’t have a lot of friends (and thus, friends of friends) where you live, you’re out of luck. This is especially true if you are new to the town or city you live in.
