The Karen Solem Gallery in Elmhurst presents a new show entitled CHICAGO from November 6 through January 31, 2010. Features amongst an array of Chicago images in a variety of media will be nine cartoon images by The Urban Coaster cartoonist Charley Krebs. Two are Urban Coaster cartoons entitled "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "A Midsummer Day's Dream" that depicted two key moments from this past baseball season of the Cubs and White Sox. The other seven images originally appeared in Chicago Jazz Magazine.

Karen Solem Gallery is open Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm and is located  at 124 W. Park Avenue in downtown Elmhurst across from the Metra station. Their phone number is (640) 279-4446. The opening night reception on November 6 is also a wine tasting and visitors are also encouraged to bring a canned or packaged food item for a charity donation.
